Madison Square Garden, NYC
A few weeks ago, I went to see Bjork at MSG. While the venue wasn't as pictaresque as Radio City Music Hall, the show was equally as entertaining. The highlight came early, when after one of her initial songs, she thrust her arms out at the crowd and webs shot out of her fingers.
I shot this photo before the show started. She was on the screen, but the way I metered it, the screen became blown out. I'm experimenting with having the lab scan my negatives as part of the contact sheet process. Sometimes I feel like the results are more contrasty than the results from my own scanner. I'm not sure what I think about that. The results are definitely more crisp, which I do like. We'll see.
I'm playing with the idea of buying a negative scanner so I can better scan my negs. If anyone has any recommendations, please let me know. And I really need to get myself back into the darkroom while I'm at it.
