Intermission at City Center

Tomorrow I leave for Taiwan. On the 27th of November, I head to Japan. I haven't been to Taiwan in over ten years. I can't wait to see how it's developed. I've heard stories from friends of high speed rails and a Taipei subway. The last time I was in the capitol, the trains were just being built.

I was in Japan about four years ago at almost the exact same time. I hope that some of the autumn leaves are still clinging to the trees in Kyoto. This time, I'm visiting friends for the most part, and I'm going to make sure I visit Tsujiki.

I leave you all with this photo from the City Center. I attended almost every unique evening of the Fall For Dance Festival this past season. The works ranged from the sublime to the exciting to the completely forgettable, but all in all it was a fantastic festival and I'm glad I had the opportunity to go. Thanks to Yw for urging me to get tickets.

This was taken during intermission, waiting for the second set of performers to take the stage. And so I leave you for a month's intermission while I collect images from Taiwan and Japan, preparing new photographs to take the stage upon my return.

Happy Thanksgiving!
