European galleries, Metropolitan Museum of Art, NYC
On the subject of the European galleries, here's another photo from my birthday. I love taking photos in museums, and I'm often surprised that it's allowed at the Met. I remember someone once saying how they thought that all the paintings in the museum were replicas, which is why they allowed flash photography, but I forget where they thought they read that.
I was looking forward to spending the entire weekend hanging out, riding my bike, and reading, but a last minute project came up. So I'll be working part of the weekend. I was hoping to not touch my computer in three days, but so much for that. So here I am already on my computer. Blogging. I'm procrastinating, really. I did my laundry earlier today, and I'm avoiding putting it away. Though going to sleep would be a good idea. OK. Time to shower.

I have always liked Monochrome Pictures and you have just justified those feelings. Beautiful. Thanks.
I like this one a lot. You've passed a really good moment.
I like the attitude of the central figure, big stage
une photo digne d'un grand photographe, une photo vivante ! Sublime !
